It’s all over the web, but we thought we would throw in our two cents. Our studio is in LOVE with the new Starbucks logo and packaging. It is so bold and the addition of the lime green to the sleeves made us swoon immediately. Definitely a wonderful progression for a stylish brand.

Working with paper all day often leads to epic paper cuts, so these would be a great addition to our studio!  Sequins and glitter and sparkles, OH MY!

Bluebird Cakes is not new to our blog, but we thought we should show some photos of all the beautiful things that she creates (this is just a small sample of some of our favorites).

We are always in love with every cake that she makes, but our jaws hit the floor when we saw the fish cake and we knew we had to give an online applause for all the wonderful work that Amanda at Bluebird does.

I will be taking a relaxing vacation to Mexico in a couple of weeks and my jaw dropped when I came across Steamline Luggage today. My personal favorite line is The Editor Series, I could definitely see myself arriving at the beach with this luggage in tow. I love the colours and the patterned lining, they definitely put some thought into the design of these bags.

A few weeks back, I was able to find some time to take a quick road trip and enjoy two of my favorite pastimes, travel and photography. It inspired me to do something with some of my assorted travel photos from the past few years. The result is a small, personal site of pics at danawoodward.com. Take a peek!

Fantastic type designer and illustrator Sebastian Lester has some stunning typographic poster prints that are worth more than a second look. Prints are limited edition so get them while they’re hot!

Sometimes the best design ideas never make it outside the studio. Now there is a website called Killed Ideas where you can submit your unused ideas and have a chance to get them published. Steve Hall (publisher of AdRants) goes through all the work that is submitted, and the best stuff will be going in Killed Ideas, Vol. 1.

This Ain’t No Disco (it’s where we work) is a wonderful site that invites agencies and studios from around the world to show the inside of their spaces. One of my favorites was Trust Creative Society (featured above). I love the mix of office space with a restaurant atmosphere and quirky touches. It seems so warm and welcoming.
